Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The importer may make a claim to the Comptroller - General of Customs for the release of seized copies.
(2) The claim must be made before the end of the claim period for the copies.
(3) The claim must contain the information prescribed by the regulations.
Note: Sections 137.1 and 137.2 of the Criminal Code create
offences for providing false or misleading information or documents.
