Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person authorised under section 601WCI, by signed writing, may certify that a specified asset or liability has become an asset or liability of the receiving company under this Part.
(2) For all purposes and in all proceedings, a certificate under subsection (1) is prima facie evidence of the matters certified.
