CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 791D

Meaning of operated in this jurisdiction --financial market

  (1)   A financial market is taken to be operated in this jurisdiction if it is operated by a body corporate that is registered under Chapter   2A.

  (2)   Subsection   (1) does not limit the circumstances in which a financial market is operated in this jurisdiction .
