Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Reserve Bank may give a CS facility licensee a written notice requiring the licensee to give the Reserve Bank a special report on specified matters.
(2) The licensee must give the special report to the Reserve Bank within the time required by the notice.
