Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person whose Australian derivative trade repository licence is suspended is taken not to hold that licence while it is suspended.
(2) However, ASIC may specify in the written notice to the
licensee under section 905H, or paragraph 905J(4)(b), that
subsection (1) of this section does not apply for specified purposes.
