CIVIL AVIATION ACT 1988 - SECT 2

  (1)   Subject to subsection   (2), this Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

  (2)   Part   III, section   98 and Part   X, and the amendments made by Part   IX, commence on a day or days to be fixed by Proclamation.
