Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director may resign by giving to the Board a signed notice of resignation.
(2) The resignation takes effect on the day on which it is
received by the Board or, if a later day is specified in the resignation, on
that later day.
