Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Where an ocean carrier properly applies under section 10.70 for the registration of an agent, the Registrar shall register the agent by entering particulars of the ocean carrier and the agent in the register of ocean carrier agents.
(2) The particulars entered in the register must include:
(a) the name of the ocean carrier; and
(b) the name, and address for service, of the agent.
