COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT 2010 - SECT 152CBID

Statutory infrastructure provider standards and rules prevail over inconsistent special access undertakings

    A special access undertaking has no effect to the extent to which it is inconsistent with:

  (a)   a standard determined, or a benchmark set, under section   360U of the Telecommunications Act 1997 ; or

  (b)   rules made under section   360V of that Act.
