CORPORATIONS (ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER) ACT 2006 - SECT 141.20
Eligibility for membership
An individual who is at least 15 years of age is eligible for
membership of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation.
