Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A director of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation may resign as a director of the corporation by giving notice of resignation to the corporation.
Written notice to be given (replaceable rule--see section 60 - 1)
