Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If any person in contravention of this Act refuses to permit the inspection of any book or to supply a copy of any book, the Court may by order compel an immediate inspection of the book or order the copy to be supplied.
(2) The reference in subsection (1) to a copy of a book
includes a reference to an English translation of a book or a part of a book.
