CORPORATIONS (ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER) ACT 2006 - SECT 386.30
Civil evidence and procedure rules for declarations of contravention and civil penalty orders
The Court must apply the rules of evidence and procedure for
civil matters when hearing proceedings for:
(a) a declaration of contravention; or
(b) a pecuniary penalty order.
