Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Chapter 2 provides for an application to be made to the Registrar for registration of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation.
(2) There are a number of registration requirements that must be met before the Registrar may register an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation.
(3) Chapter 2 also deals with the effects of registration
of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation on the
corporation's members, officers, contact persons and registered office.
