CORPORATIONS (ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER) ACT 2006 - SECT 694.1

                   A reference in this Act to giving information includes a reference to:

                     (a)  explaining or stating a matter; or

                     (b)  identifying a person, matter or thing; or

                     (c)  disclosing information; or

                     (d)  answering a question.
