CARBON CREDITS (CARBON FARMING INITIATIVE) ACT 2011 - SECT 20J

    An instrument made under section   105B of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 does not apply in relation to the functions and powers of the Regulator under section   20B or 20G of this Act.

Note:   Section   105B of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 provides for the making of instruments relating to procurement.
