CARBON CREDITS (CARBON FARMING INITIATIVE) ACT 2011 - SECT 22

Application for declaration of eligible offsets project

    A person may apply to the Regulator for the declaration of an offsets project as an eligible offsets project.

Note:   The Regulator has a function of providing advice and assistance in relation to the making of applications: see section   286.
