CARBON CREDITS (CARBON FARMING INITIATIVE) ACT 2011 - SECT 269

  (1)   Any or all of the following bodies:

  (a)   the Regulator;

  (b)   the Department;

  (c)   any other Department, agency or authority of the Commonwealth;

may assist the Emissions Reduction Assurance Committee in the performance of its functions.

  (2)   The assistance may include the following:

  (a)   the provision of information;

  (b)   the provision of advice;

  (c)   the making available of resources and facilities (including secretariat services and clerical assistance).

  (3)   If an officer or employee of a body mentioned in subsection   (1) assists the Emissions Reduction Assurance Committee, the officer or employee is taken, for the purposes of this Act, to be a person assisting the Emissions Reduction Assurance Committee under this section.
