CARBON CREDITS (CARBON FARMING INITIATIVE) ACT 2011 - SECT 297

    None of the following:

  (a)   the Minister;

  (b)   a delegate of the Minister;

  (c)   the Secretary;

  (d)   a delegate of the Secretary;

  (e)   the Regulator;

  (f)   a delegate of the Regulator;

  (fa)   an inspector;

  (fb)   a person assisting an inspector;

  (g)   an audit team leader;

  (h)   an Emissions Reduction Assurance Committee member;

is liable to an action or other proceeding for damages for, or in relation to, an act or matter in good faith done or omitted to be done:

  (i)   in the performance or purported performance of any function; or

  (j)   in the exercise or purported exercise of any power;

conferred by this Act (other than section   20D or 20E) or the associated provisions.
