Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Electoral Commissioner must establish and maintain a Register, to be known as the Register of Political Parties, containing a list of the political parties that are registered under this Part.
(2) The Register may be included on the Transparency Register under section 287N.
