Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person or entity may apply to the Electoral Commissioner to be registered as:
(a) a significant third party; or
(c) an associated entity.
(2) The application must:
(a) be in an approved form; and
(b) without limiting paragraph (a):
(i) state the financial controller nominated for the person or entity; and
(ii) for an application to be registered as an associated entity--identify any registered political party, and any disclosure entity referred to in paragraph 287H(1)(g), with which the entity is associated.
