Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) No action, suit or proceeding (except proceedings under this Act) lies against the Commonwealth, or a person who has been an officer or employee of the Commonwealth, in relation to anything done in good faith by the Electoral Commission, or an officer or an employee of the Electoral Commission, under this Act in relation to a logo of a party.
(2) No action, suit or proceeding (except proceedings under this
Act) lies against the Commonwealth, or a person who has been an officer or
employee of the Commonwealth, in relation to anything done in good faith by
the Electoral Commission, or an officer or an employee of the
Electoral Commission, in relation to publishing documents under section
181A (publication of qualification checklist etc. on website).
