Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Australian Statistician must, on request by the Electoral Commissioner, supply the Electoral Commissioner with:
(a) the statistics referred to in subsection 46(1B); and
(c) any other statistical information that the Electoral Commissioner requires for the purposes of this Division.
