(1) An application for review of a decision must be:
(b) made in a form approved by the Convenor in writing; and
(c) signed by or on behalf of the applicant; and
(d) except for an application made by the Minister--accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(2) An application by the Minister for review of a decision may be made at any time.
(3) Any other application for review of a decision must be made:
(a) within 30 days after the classification took effect; or
(b) within such longer period as the Review Board allows.
(4) If a person other than the original applicant applies for
review of a decision, the Convenor must, if practicable, notify the original
applicant in writing of the application and of the day on which it will be
considered.
