Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may enter into an agreement with a participating Minister under which amounts are to be paid to the participating Minister's State or Territory in respect of the administration by the State or Territory of the scheme referred to in section 3.
(2) Payments referred to in subsection (1) are to be made
out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is appropriated accordingly.
