Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Section 54 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraphs 54(1)(b) and 54(2)(b) "Official Receiver for the District in which the sequestration order was made" and substituting "trustee".
(2) The amendments of section 54 of the Principal Act made by subsection ( 1) of this section do not apply in relation to sequestration orders made before the commencement of this section.
