Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhere, at the expiration of the day immediately preceding the commencement of this Part, the repealed Officers' Rights Declaration Act 1928 applied in relation to a person who was at that time a member of the Prices Justification Tribunal, that Act continues, after the commencement of this Part, by force of this section, to apply in relation to that person as if the Acts repealed by section 231 had not been repealed but that person had immediately before the commencement of this Part resigned his office as a member of the Tribunal.
