Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Where an application or matter is referred to the Commission under this Act, the Commission may, for the purpose of inquiring into the application or matter, take evidence from persons who appear as witnesses before the Commission.
(2) Subsection ( 1) does not prevent the Commission from inquiring into an application or matter in such other manner as it sees fit.
