Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a particular knowledge, intent or purpose is an element of an offence against this Act, that knowledge, intent or purpose may be inferred from objective factual circumstances.
(2) Subsection ( 1) is not intended to exclude or limit
any other way of proving knowledge, intent or purpose as an element of an
offence for the purposes of a prosecution.
