Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf an employee, or the legal personal representative of an employee, is paid an amount under section 39C or 39CC in respect of a period of untaken long service leave, the payment extinguishes the employee's entitlement under this Part to the period of untaken long service leave.
