Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The regulations may prescribe penalties of not more than 50 penalty units for offences against the regulations.
(2) The limitation on penalties in subsection ( 1) does not prevent the regulations from requiring someone to make a statutory declaration.
