CHARTER OF THE UNITED NATIONS ACT 1945 - SECT 23

Part prevails over conflicting legal obligations

    This Part prevails over provisions in laws of the Commonwealth, or of a State or Territory, that would otherwise require a person to act in contravention of this Part.
