CHARTER OF THE UNITED NATIONS ACT 1945 - SECT 34

    If a person gives a document to the CEO of a designated Commonwealth entity under section   30, the CEO:

  (a)   may take and keep a copy of the document; and

  (b)   must return the document to the person within a reasonable time.
