Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this Act, the person appointed as the Director holds office for such period, not exceeding 5 years, as is specified in the instrument of the person's appointment, but is eligible for re - appointment.
(4) The Director may resign from office by writing signed by the Director and addressed to the Minister.
