CRIMINOLOGY RESEARCH ACT 1971 - SECT 5

  (1)   There is hereby established an institute to be known as the Australian Institute of Criminology.

  (2)   The Institute consists of:

  (a)   the Director; and

  (b)   the staff of the Institute.
