COMMONWEALTH REGISTERS ACT 2020 - SECT 22

  (1)   Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a decision of the Registrar made under this Act, or under the data standards or disclosure framework.

  (2)   Subsection   (1) does not apply to a decision to make, amend or repeal a data standard or the disclosure framework.
