COURT SECURITY ACT 2013 - SECT 31

General direction s power

    A security officer may, in the course of escorting a person under s ection   29 , direct another person to do a thing, or not to do a thing, if the officer reasonably believes that the direction is necessary in the circumstances for the purpose of ensuring the safety of the person or a security officer.
