CHILD SUPPORT (REGISTRATION AND COLLECTION) ACT 1988 - SECT 95D

    The parties to an ART review of a decision include, in addition to the parties referred to in subsection   22(1) of the ART Act, any other person who, under section   89 of this Act, is a person who may apply for review of the decision.
