Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) At any time before the Minister decides an ap plication, the applicant may notify the Minister , in writing, that the applicant wishes to withdraw the application.
(2) If the applicant withdraws the application, the application fee is not refundable.
