COASTAL TRADING (REVITALISING AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING) ACT 2012 - SECT 39

  (1)   If the Minister decides to refuse an application, he or she must, as soon as practicable, notify the applicant, in writing, of:

  (a)   the decision; and

  (b)   the reasons for the decision.

  (2)   T he Minister must cause the decision to be published on the Department's website.
