COASTAL TRADING (REVITALISING AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING) ACT 2012 - SECT 41

Additional conditions may be imposed by Minister

  (1)   The Minister may, at any time:

  (a)   impose an additional condition on a temporary licence; or

  (b)   vary or remove such a condition;

by notifying, in writing, the holder of the licence.

  (2)   A condition imposed under subsection   ( 1), including such a condition as varied, must not be inconsistent with a condition under section   40 .
