Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf the Minister has not decided an application relating to an energy security situation by the end of the period within which a decision is required under section 46, then, at the end of that period, the Minister is taken to have:
(a) granted the application; and
(b) determined that the matters specified in the application are authorised by the licence.
