Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts( 1 ) If the Minister grants an application, t he Minister must also determine the period for which the emergency licence is granted, which must not be more than 30 days .
Note: For conditions of eme rgency licences, see sections 72 and 73 .
(2 ) If the Minister grants an application for an emergency licence , the Minister must cause the following information to be publis hed on the Department's website :
(a) the holder of the licence;
(b) the holder's business name and business address;
( c ) the period of the licence ;
(d) any other information prescribed by the regulations.
