COASTAL TRADING (REVITALISING AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING) ACT 2012 - SECT 84

    The owner and the master of a vessel contravene th is section if:

  (a)   the vessel is subject to an exemption under section   11 ; and

  (b)   a condition applies to the exemption; and

  (c)   the condition of the exemption is breached.

Civil penalty:

  (a)   for an individual--300 penalty units; and

  (b)   for a body corporate--1,500 penalty units.
