CHEMICAL WEAPONS (PROHIBITION) ACT 1994 - SECT 79

    If monitoring equipment has been installed at a declared facility, a person who interferes with:

  (a)   the equipment; or

  (b)   its operation;

with the intention of adversely affecting the operation of the equipment commits an offence against this section.

Penalty:   Imprisonment for 2 years.
