Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Director may require or permit an application, notice or report that is to be given to the Controller or Director for the purposes of this Act to be given, in accordance with specified software requirements and specified authentication requirements:
(a) on a specified kind of data storage device; or
(b) by way of a specified kind of electronic transmission.
