Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Director:
(a) must give to the Minister such additional reports or information in relation to the operations of the Director under this Act as the Minister requires; and
(b) may give to the Minister such other reports or information
in relation to the operations of the Director under this Act as the Director
thinks appropriate.
