Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA finding made by an accredited laboratory by means of testing a sample provided by a defence member or defence civilian under this Part is not admissible in evidence in any proceeding against the defence member or defence civilian for:
(a) an offence under the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982 ; or
(b) an offence against section 6 of the Crimes Act 1914 , or against section 11.1, 11.4 or 11.5 of the Criminal Code , in relation to an offence under the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982 .
