Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A Tribunal member holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 3 years.
(2) Subject to subsections ( 3) and (4), a Tribunal member is eligible for reappointment as a Tribunal member.
(3) A person must not hold office as Chair for more than 6 consecutive years.
(4) A person must not hold office as one of the other
Tribunal members for more than 6 consecutive years.
