Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA special defence security official may stop and detain a person, or a vehicle, vessel or aircraft, for the purposes of exercising a power under this Division:
(a) to require the person to provide evidence of particular matters; or
(b) to search the person or the vehicle, vessel or aircraft.
